Accomplished sculptor William Peers has worked in Italy, Corsica, Cornwall & more recently Portugal. In the late 20th century his work became more abstract and he began to work in Portuguese Marble on larger scale landscape pieces, of which, Yen, is a fine example.
This large piece has an integral metal base which is sunk into the ground and has been recently cleaned.
