Late Regency carved sundial base with leaf and scroll detailing. Ornate carving and in super condition.
Engraved Bronze plate (dated 1795) with rare engraved gnomen and lettering:

"Look upon my face without the sun
I shall not mark the course that he has run
So let the dark days unrecorded be
But number every glowing hour like me".
