19th century cast Iron Coalbrookdale bench with new fitted oak slats. It features hound head terminals to the arms of the supports, which incorporate a curled serpent entwined with a grapevine. The snakes look as though they are about to pluck a grape from the vine. The supports stand on elaborate stylised paw feet. Some repairs have been undertaken. Seat depth 35cm.
