A pair of 19th century lidded urns by Austin & Seeley. Decorated with panther masks and floral swags on later composition stone panelled plinths.
Austin and Seeley became the leaders in the field of architecture and garden ornaments manufactured from artificial limestone. By the mid 19th century the middle classes through to Queen Victoria herself owned pieces.
The urns only measure H 104cm x Diameter of Rim 72cm.
